That just scratches the surface of just two people’s experiences! Don’t tell me with a straight face to stay in the system and cooperate with the bishops.

I’m glad the pope recognizes he has pedophiles in his priesthood. Now he needs to admit it is the system and his bishops who have protected them! It’s this very system that has caused the problem. If your child told you he was raped by someone would you say. “Okay. Let’s go and talk to his boss and get this all straightened out.” ? This is not a doctrinal issue that needs the church officials to make a ruling on, this is CHILD MOLESTATION!!! This is a CRIME! A crime that demands the police, that demands the courts, and demands the prison system!
